Our online benefit claim and calculator shows you instantly how much you should get if you claim; and is the quickest way to get a claim going. But you can use a paper form if you prefer.
The claim form is quite detailed; fill it in completely and accurately so we can sort out your claim quickly. You'll need to send some other documents too; proof of your income for example. The online claim tells you what you need, and where to send it.
